Twist bottom of Cuticle Remover Pen and apply remover over the cuticle area. Gently push back cuticles with a cuticle pusher (not included). Wipe nails clean with a cotton ball or warm water. Repeat once a week with your full manicure. Follow with Cuticle Oil Pen. Twist bottom of pen and brush oil over entire cuticle area. Apply as needed.
