RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products guaranteed from manufacturer's defect with 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning any product, email or call for a Return Authorization Number. Our Customer Care will provide a free return shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they may be tracked. We regret we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
