Returns & Refunds
Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right!
We have a 30 day return policy in which all products are guaranteed from manufacturer's defect. Before returning any product, contact us within 30 days of purchase to submit a request for a Return Authorization Number.
We can not issue refunds once an order has already been shipped.
Please ensure that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will also be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.
Return for Refund/Exchange
If you would like to return your product for a refund or exchange, you must contact us first so we can provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Our Customer Care Team will provide a free return shipping label. Please provide the following details when submitting a return request:
- Full name and order number (#00000)
- Indicate whether you want to make a return for a refund or exchange.
- Describe the issue with the product(s).
- If an exchange is needed then provide the exchange details.
Once your return is received and accepted, the refund/exchange order will be processed.
*** We regret we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
If you are returning an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
